The soul of Gami without a doubt is Antonio Martínez, owner, manager and Head Waiter. His non-conformist, passionate spirit has led Gami in their constant search for the best personnel to keep paving the way for a different approach to the traditional Cambrils cuisine.

And on this path he found his Head Chef, Ramon Accensi, with whom he shares the same curiosities and restlessness to continually strive to find the most creative, innovative and flavoursome ideas to offer to his clientele.

Together they have surrounded themselves with a great team of professionals to make every dish a different experience.

Gami boasts a daring cuisine that is, at the same time, always true to the product, and a caring service always revolving around those sat around the table.
