We are professionals, we are passionate, we are non-conformist, we are different.

What we most enjoy is sharing a good meal with friends, family, companions, and it is for this reason that every time that we are contemplating a change, we put ourselves in our clients’ shoes and we ask ourselves what we would like to find in our landmark restaurant.

Above all we want high quality products that are, as much as possible, locally sourced and carefully cultivated, and we want a fusion with products from around the world when they match with our own.

But the thing we want the most is to achieve that unique FLAVOUR that, upon tasting and without thinking, you say, “GAMI DISH”.
